Located on a 13.5-acre site in the southwest residential area, this 33-room school is laid out with kindergarten and first grades in one wing and second through fifth grades in another. It includes an outdoor learning center. Its mission is to "guide students to achieve literacy for life-- a collaborative effort of staff, parents and students. All students are taught with regard for their academic, emotional, physical, cultural and social differences."
